Sports activities
The region of Epirus is excellent and has many routes (in or out of town) for running, performing mountain activities, cycling and swimming.
Visitor is required to have their personal equipment.
All routes (mild or difficult ones) are very picturesque.
During sports action visitor is always escorted by a member of our team in case of emergency or other.
If the visitor is into sports there are many road and/or mountains races from 5km up to 100 km, biathlon and triathlon in the area. He can take part in any event but his medical report has to be PROVIDED to our team beforehand.
The areas that the sports are conducted are outside and around the lake of Ioannina, Epirus sports center, Metsovo and Zagori villages, Arachthos river.
