Amarantos’ (Konitsa) thermal springs.
Amarantos’ thermal springs, is a heavenly place at a height of 1260m in the middle of firs and pines.
It is built in the "Loutra" settlement of the Amarantos’ village, north of Konitsa town and has a unique view of the mountains Grammos and Smolikas.
Amarantos’ baths operate with the natural use of warm air flowing from the inside of the earth, a feature that makes them unique in their kind in Europe.
In the summertime the massage facility operates too.
Preveza’s thermal springs.
The curative springs of the municipality of Preveza are located at the southwest part of Preveza city, adjacent to the “Blue Flag” awarded Kiani Akti beach and to the entrance of Amvrakikos gulf.
The famous wetland of Amvrakikos gulf is protected by the international RAMSAR convention.
The springs (also known by the name of Palaiosaraga which means "Old Palaces") are a part of the history of the region and are known since the 17th century.
Then Ali Pasha built his summer palace there and used the water of the springs for his personal hammam.
